
Tuna Dip (recipe courtesy of Lisa Belkin)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 cans tuna, drained
1 tbsp. bottled jalapeno chilies, to taste
2 tbsp. milk
pinch salt
Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Chill.
Recipe note: You may use horseradish or wasabi instead of chiles. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita chips. Also good with bagels!
